MobileCare stands behind the quality of our repairs and products. This Warranty Information outlines the coverage provided for our services and devices.

Repair Services Warranty

Screen Repairs: 6 months warranty on screen replacement parts and labor. Covers defects in parts and workmanship.

Battery Replacements: 3 months warranty on battery performance. Covers battery capacity below 80% of original capacity.

Other Repairs: 30 days warranty on all other repair services. Covers the specific repair performed.

Water Damage Repairs: No warranty on water damage repairs due to the unpredictable nature of liquid damage.

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, impacts)
  • Liquid damage after repair
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper use or neglect

Device Sales Warranty

New Devices: Full manufacturer warranty as provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer.

Refurbished Devices: 6 months MobileCare warranty covering hardware failures and manufacturing defects.

Used Devices: 30 days warranty covering basic functionality and hardware defects.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us with your receipt or service record
  2. Describe the issue you're experiencing
  3. Bring the device to our service center
  4. Allow our technicians to assess the issue
  5. We'll repair or replace according to warranty terms

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any service. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.

Warranty Transfer
